Refund & Exchange Policy
At BR1 Apparel, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our collections. Please review our policy regarding damaged items and custom orders below:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we offer an exchange-only policy. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. Once verified, we will provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.

Customized Apparel: Because our customized pieces are made to order specifically for you, they are unique and cannot be resold. Consequently, all sales of customized apparel are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless they arrive damaged.

Standard Returns: For non-customized items, returns for a refund are not accepted. We encourage you to review our sizing charts carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.

Process: To initiate an exchange for a damaged item, please reach out to our support team with your order number and details regarding the issue. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for an exchange.
